Red Cross guide to Culture Night
On the annual and vibrant Culture Night (Mentanarnáttin) internationals residing in the Faroe Islands can attend the various events together with Red Cross volunteer guides and other internationals. The Red Cross event is especially intended people, who are not familiar with the Culture Night or who would like to go with others to the many exciting events. Other family members and friends, Faroese or from elsewhere, are also welcome to join you.

The event is on Friday 7th June, starting at 17.30 outside the Red Cross Second hand shop, Endurnýtsluhandilin á Bryggjubakka (by the entrance facing the Tórshavn Cathedral). The group will attend the opening ceremony and other events together with the volunteers. Families, individuals and friends with international backgrounds living in the Faroe Islands are welcome to show up and join the group. No registration is needed and the guided event is free of charge (we will visit events which are free of charge). The event ends at 19.30, however people are welcome to continue the evening together.

The Second hand shop has longer opening hours on Mentanarnáttin with lots of good clothes for women, men and youth, in addition to a coffee stand with waffles, box juice and coffee.
